TO ENTER YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET or A print out of your ticket or you have to be on our List of PRESOLD TICKET HOLDERS, or YOU MUST HAVE A VIP/ARTISTS BADGE and or WRISTBANDS. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Re-Entry/Ins & Outs & Wristband Policy

We are strongly discouraging in & out’s, however, if you do have to leave and come back, you must pass through security each time you enter. You must be able to present your proof of purchase upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter.

Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Event; Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. They cannot be removed and must be worn at all times to allow entry. Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed re-entry (and that will make us sad).

Allowed & Prohibited Items

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry, However, We trust everyone to not to bring anything illegal, like contraband or weapons.

The following items are ALLOWED

• Blankets, Sheets, Towels

• Umbrellas

• Soft-Sided Coolers

• Binoculars

• Non-Professional Recording Equipment (Point & Shoot Cameras, Flip Video Cameras, etc.)

• Tents

• Hard-Sided Coolers

• Professional Recording (Photo, Video, Audio) Equipment (NO Detachable Zoom Lens, Tripods or Other Commercial Equipment)

• Bicycles

The following items are NOT ALLOWED at

• Weapons of Any Kind, including Fireworks or Explosives of Any Kind

• Illegal or Illicit Substances of Any Kind

• Glass Containers

• Skateboards, Scooters or Personal Motorized Vehicles or Bicycles

• No Unauthorized/Unlicensed Vendors Allowed. No Unauthorized Solicitations, Handbills, Sampling, Give-Away’s, etc.

Disability Access & Accommodations

We are not ADA friendly do to nature of property however we can accommodate some wheelchair areas and can assist you when you arrive if you are handicapped, Please let us know if you plan on coming and we can allocate the resources for your participation.

Safety & Medical

We make every effort to create a safe environment on the Events grounds, including public and private security and medical staff. If you need any assistance, seek out the medical tent, or look for a Security person or festival staff member.

Lost & Found

During the Event, return found items or look for lost items at the Information/Lost & Found booth. After the Event you can inquire about lost items. Valuables will be held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. INTERPLANETARY ENTERTAINMENT will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.

Children

All children must be under the supervision of a responsible adult/parent or guardian, and all children 14 years or younger are free.

Because we allow children, we ask that all Alcohol and Cannabis use be discretionary and done in the privacy of your own tents, and or in the areas designated for such use. WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 to partake in any such activities and anyone in violation will be removed immediatly. We have made great efforts to include a great Childrens play area, along with face painting and other great activities for children. We are not responsible for your children, and anyone whose children may become unruly will be asked to calm their child/children, and if we have ask more than 3 times, then a parent will be asked to take their child and leave so as not to disturb the other event guests. We have taken out a very large insurance policy to cover any possible issues that may arise, however, with the purchase of a ticket or , the issuance of a Pass, all event attendees agree that Interplanetary Entertainment, and the Property Owners will not be held accountable for any attendees who may be injured or hurt, and cannot sue Interplanetary or Property owners for any reason beyond the insurance policy’s limited liabilty terms(A copy will be at the front gate for anyone who would like to reveiw)

We do not anticipate any problems, and like the past seven years we hope that the children enjoy themselves as much as the adults.

We will have a designated kids area with lots of activities, movies and lots of other attractions to keep the little ones engaged.
